This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for Frekto, a product of Kuchnaya Technolabs Pvt Ltd, a company registered in Thane, Maharashtra, India ("Frekto", "we", "us", or "our"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service, which this policy forms part of.
New accounts get a free 7-day trial, up to 20 posts, with no card required. Nothing is charged during the trial. You only add payment details if you choose to continue on a paid plan after the trial ends.
You can cancel at any time from Billing → Manage subscription in your account, with no notice period. When you cancel, you keep access to Frekto until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.
Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used monthly or annual periods, except:
If you believe you were charged in error or believe a refund applies under Indian law, email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge with your account email and the date of the payment. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you switch between monthly and annual billing, the change takes effect at your next renewal, it's not applied retroactively to your current billing period.
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra, India.
