• Generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or factual errors
• Content may not always reflect your business's exact tone, values or intended message without review
• AI models can produce unexpected or inconsistent outputs — always review content before publishing
• Generated content may inadvertently resemble content produced for other businesses using similar prompts
• Frekto does not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from bias, offensive language or inappropriate material in all contexts

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and approving all content before it is published. Frekto is a tool that assists your content creation — it does not replace your editorial judgement.

2. No guarantee of results

Frekto makes no guarantees about the outcomes of using our service. Phrases such as "post faster", "grow faster", "more engagement" and similar language on our website and marketing materials are general descriptions of the potential benefits of consistent, on-brand social media activity — they are not promises of specific results.

Social media performance depends on many factors outside Frekto's control, including but not limited to:

• Platform algorithms, which change frequently and without notice

4. Brand data extraction

When you provide a website URL during onboarding, Frekto attempts to automatically extract your brand information — including business name, colours, tone of voice and audience. This extraction is automated and may not always be accurate or complete.

• Brand profile data extracted from your website is used only to personalise your content generation
• Extracted data may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete or misinterpreted — you should review and correct your brand profile before generating content
• Frekto is not responsible for content generated based on incorrect brand data that you have not reviewed or corrected

5. Intellectual property

You own the content generated for your account through Frekto, subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy and any applicable third-party platform terms. However:

• Frekto does not warrant that AI-generated content is entirely original or that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• It is your responsibility to ensure that published content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights
• Do not use Frekto to generate content that reproduces copyrighted material, impersonates individuals or businesses, or violates any applicable law

6. Compliance with laws and platform rules

You are responsible for ensuring that all content you publish using Frekto complies with:

• Consumer protection and trading standards regulations
• The community standards and terms of service of each social media platform you use

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Frekto AI and its directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Frekto service
• Any content generated by Frekto that you choose to publish
• Any interruption to third-party platform integrations
• Any reliance on AI-generated content without independent review
• Any loss of data, revenue, reputation or business opportunity

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of Frekto shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
